針對家長團體昨批評蔡英文的高中免試入學政策，國民黨總統候選人朱立倫昨天接受本報專訪表示，當初提出12年國教的基本理想是希望直接學區化、直接免試入學，但這又要如何決定？

他的作法是，即便有100個高中，大概有5、60個或7、80個屬於離家近的社區高中，應盡量讓孩子先安定，讓社區高中能先在地就學。

另外，朱立倫說，要看孩子們的性向，不管公私立，先讓他免試入學，先安定孩子，剩下的想要進入明星或重點高中，就還是透過現在的學力測驗作比較。中長期目標是希望都免試入學，但短期全部免試不可能達到的，他將會加強技職教育、社區高中。

朱立倫說，接下來再逐步提升社區高中的量和質，希望有一天能夠只剩下百分之五是明星高中，但免試入學短期很難做得到。
